This week we are focusing on ‘relationships’ in our remote community schools.
Relationships is the first of our topics in the Thrive Intensive because it is so important for everything else that we then cover too- without relationships you won’t have success with routines, behaviour management, engagement or catering for student special needs. Relationships make teaching and learning work. They really are the key.
Inside the Thrive Intensive we investigate how to establish strong professional relationships with our students, their families, our colleagues and community. Members will end the week having practical strategies in place to develop relationships in their new roles. Members receive daily discussion prompts, weekly learning videos, downloads and a whole lot of support.
